This website is operated by ORA Charge. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

We describe our products and their lens specifications as accurately as we can. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. Our blue-light glasses and red light products are wellness products. They are not medical devices and are not meant to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

Orders

We may contact you to confirm an order before shipping it. We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or the contact or address details cannot be confirmed. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund policy.

Reviews and content

Reviews you post on our site must be honest and about your own experience. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or unrelated to our products.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
