30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your ORA blue-light glasses, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the price of the glasses. You do not need to give a reason.

Red light therapy devices and light bulbs

For health and safety reasons, the ORA Lumina Belt, red light bulbs, HelioBulbs and bulb holders can be returned within 30 days of delivery only if they are unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, message us with a photo as soon as you notice and we will replace it or refund you. ORA glasses also come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
